We are now in a high risk fire situation in Bralorne. We wanted to take a moment to share with you some information to help with your safety plans. We are considered in the Kamloops fire region.

Here are the government regulations regarding high risk activities. As of this morning both Gwyneth Lake and 5 Mile are at high ratings:

It is updated daily and you will see we have two weather stations. One is at Gwyneth Lake and the other is at 5 Mile Ridge. 5 Mile Ridge is just east of Mowson Pond by Tyaughton Lake. It's always hot in that location, that's why Ponderosa Pines grow there.
